Scott began touring the country working with the world of outlaws in 1981, and hasn't looked back ever since. After his time in the "Wing World" Scott decided to try his hand in the pinacle of non wing racing, The USAC National divisions. In 8 years Scott accomplished something that most car owners strive for their entire careers by winning the prestigious USAC Triple Crown Title, winning a chapmionship in all 3 major divisions. in 2005 Scott and Levi Jones took home the National Sprint Car Championship, 2008 he captured the Silver Crown Championship with Jerry Coons Jr, and he capped it off in 2009 with Brad Kuhn winning the USAC National Midget Championship. Other drivers that Scott has had success with include: Carl Edwards, Dave Blaney, Shane Hmiel, JJ Yeley, Bryan Clauson, Dave Darland, Dale Blaney, Jeff Shepard, Joe Gaerte, Craig Dollansky, Jeff Swindell, Mat Neely, Bobby Davis Jr, and Kenny Jacobs.
